Applying for Project:
ELSO Registry Development Subcommittee
The ELSO Registry Development Subcommittee is seeking new members who are dedicated to enhancing the quality and impact of the ELSO Registry. Committee members play a crucial role in refining registry variables, improving data definitions, and ensuring accurate, consistent, and meaningful data collection across various centers.

Ideal candidates should have experience with ELSO Registry data, a strong understanding of ECMO/ECLS clinical practices, and a commitment to collaboration and data quality. Members are expected to actively participate in meetings and contribute to ongoing initiatives that support the registry's evolution and global relevance.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience with ELSO Registry data
- Strong understanding of ELSO Registry data definitions (variables, timing, complications, outcomes)
- Experience in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Basic knowledge of ECMO/ECLS clinical practice
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Interest in registry development
- Commitment to actively participate in meetings and committee activities
