Applying for Project:
Endorsed Course Subcommittee— Subcommittee Chair
The Endorsed Course Application Review Subcommittee (ECARS) provides strategic oversight and operational leadership across ELSO's Endorsed Courses programs. Subcommittee Chairs serve as members of the Education Executive Group and play a central leadership role across application review oversight, and accreditation, ensuring consistent application of ELSO's Endorsement review standards, and actively engaging with accrediting bodies in support of Endorsement accreditation. Subcommittee Chair appointments are 3-year terms and may be renewed.

Requirements: Active and current employment at an Endorsed Course Site.

Desired Qualifications: Hold current E-AEC or E-NPEC certification - Currently employed at an ELSO Member Center – Experience with the Endorsed Course Application - Maintain active experience in ECMO clinical practice, education, or certification - Demonstrate leadership experience in ECMO practice, education, or a related field - Complete required training and annual policy updates - Uphold confidentiality and disclose conflicts of interest in accordance with ELSO policy.
