Children's Hospital ECMO Program began in October 2020, incorporating the newly- transitioned paediatric cardiothoracic surgical and cardiology services from old hospital. The Program now provides ECMO consultations to all hospitals in Hong Kong and takes in critical children with cardio-respiratory failures for ECMO support.
